On 1 October, YFG Prestige attended the 2026 National Day Fireworks Display at the invitation of Sun Life. Representatives joined government and business leaders, partners and industry peers to celebrate the 77th anniversary of the founding of the People’s Republic of China.
Held at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre, the reception welcomed Mr John Lee, Chief Executive of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, and his wife; Mr Leung Chun-ying, Vice-Chairman of the National Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference; representatives of central government bodies in Hong Kong; and Sun Life’s management team.

The evening brought together a celebratory ceremony, National Day addresses and a viewing of the fireworks display. YFG Prestige’s representatives joined fellow guests for an occasion marked by a warm and festive atmosphere.

Co-ordinated by the Culture, Sports and Tourism Bureau of the Hong Kong SAR Government and exclusively sponsored by Sun Life, the 2026 National Day Fireworks Display began at 8 pm over Victoria Harbour. Its theme was “Eternal Radiance Fireworks in Bloom, Illuminating our Country”.
The display unfolded in eight scenes. From the golden-red rings of “The Warmth of the Sun” (驕陽送暖) to the affectionate imagery of “Embracing Love” (擁抱愛), inventive choreography and vibrant fireworks filled the harbour sky. The spectacle celebrated National Day while expressing hopes for Hong Kong’s continued growth and success.
One memorable moment saw the name “Sun Life” appear in fireworks over the harbour, reflecting the company’s nearly 135-year presence in Hong Kong. Against the lights of the waterfront, the display created a striking backdrop to the evening’s celebrations.

YFG Prestige thanks Sun Life for its warm invitation and the opportunity to share this National Day celebration with guests from across the community. We look forward to strengthening our strategic collaboration with industry partners and continuing to improve the service we provide to clients.
