YF Prestige Advisory Singapore Pte Limited has appointed Ms Agnes Si as Managing Director and Head of Sales. The company holds a Singapore insurance brokerage licence, Licence No. FA100100.
With more than 20 years of private-banking experience, Ms Si combines practical expertise in high-net-worth client development, complex wealth-structure design and team management. Her appointment strengthens the company’s market development and client-service capabilities.
Ms Si has extensive experience serving high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients across Southeast Asia and North Asia. She has held senior positions at Bank of Singapore, DBS Bank, Merrill Lynch, Julius Baer and Maybank Private Wealth, building broad cross-market wealth-management experience.
Throughout her private-banking career, Ms Si has driven growth in assets under management and built and maintained important client relationships. She has deep experience in client acquisition and strategic portfolio management, together with a strong understanding of asset allocation, cross-border wealth succession and related regulatory frameworks. This enables her to develop solutions around client needs, support portfolio optimisation and strengthen wealth arrangements.
Ms Si places strong emphasis on talent development and team effectiveness. She has contributed to the development of innovative banking products and the strengthening of compliance standards, integrating client needs, business development and compliance requirements into day-to-day management.
Her experience in regional market development, client-relationship management and team leadership will further strengthen YF Prestige’s market and sales management capabilities, deepen service to clients across Southeast Asia and North Asia, and support continued development of its high-net-worth client business.
