In May of this year, “Mumian Renjia” (Kapok Family), a high-end retirement community under China Taiping Group located in Guangzhou, officially opened. On August 12th, Yu Fung Broker was invited to visit the “Mumian Renjia” high-end retirement community in Guangzhou, a part of China Taiping’s Greater Bay Area initiative. Yu Fung embarked on their journey via high-speed rail, departing from West Kowloon, Hong Kong.
