The Hong Kong Productivity Council, established in 1967 as a statutory body, plays a pivotal role in supporting the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area’s development by promoting new productive forces and new industrialization. HKPC assists small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in upgrading and transforming their operations through five key pillars: innovation, high-end development, intelligentization, green development, and future skills, leveraging government funding schemes effectively.
Since 2021, HKPC’s Funding Scheme Division has provided professional, digitalized, and customer-focused secretariat services for various Hong Kong SAR Government funding schemes. These initiatives help SMEs maintain their competitive edge locally and internationally.
