In January 2025, Yu Fung International made a strategic appointment by welcoming Ms. Mok Wan-chong Wendy as its new Head of Legal and Compliance. In this key leadership role, Ms. Mok is responsible for overseeing the company’s comprehensive legal affairs, including the development and implementation of compliance frameworks, contract review, risk management, and regulatory liaison. Her appointment significantly strengthens Yu Fung International’s legal and compliance capabilities, supporting the Group’s sustainable growth and operational excellence.

Ms. Mok brings over 27 years of extensive experience in law and finance, having held senior roles at prominent institutions. Her expertise spans regulatory compliance, legal advisory, and risk mitigation within the insurance and financial services sectors.
