About the Good MPF Employer Recognition Scheme
To qualify as a “Good MPF Employer,” companies must have participated in an MPF scheme for at least one year, complied fully with MPF legislation, and taken additional steps to enhance retirement protection-such as offering multiple MPF schemes, voluntary contributions, or other retirement benefits beyond statutory requirements. Special awards like the e-Contribution Award and MPF Promotion Award recognize employers who adopt digital contributions and provide MPF support services to employees.
The MPFA celebrated the 10th anniversary of this scheme in 2024, highlighting its role in fostering responsible employer practices and improving retirement security across Hong Kong.
