On June 20, 2024, Yu Fung Broker was honoured to attend the Reception for  New Establishments of International and Mainland Enterprises Business in Hong Kong<\/strong>, organized by InvestHK at the Hong Kong Government Headquarters. The event was officiated by Mr. John Lee Ka-chiu<\/strong>, Chief Executive of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR), who delivered a keynote speech emphasizing Hong Kong\u2019s pivotal role as a \u201csuper connector\u201d and \u201csuper value-added facilitator\u201d between Mainland China and the global market.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

More than 400 senior corporate executives from Mainland China and overseas gathered at the reception, including Mr. Wu Qiang<\/strong>, CEO of Yu Fung Broker, reflecting Yu Fung Broker\u2019s status as a highly recommended enterprise by InvestHK. The event celebrated the confidence of international and Mainland enterprises in Hong Kong\u2019s business environment and underscored the city\u2019s advantages under the \u201cone country, two systems\u201d framework, such as strong national support, global connectivity, and a liberal, business-friendly regulatory regime.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In his speech, Chief Executive Lee highlighted Hong Kong\u2019s recent rise to 5th place globally in the World Competitiveness Yearbook 2024, topping the world in international trade and business legislation rankings.
