In December 2024, Yu Fung International officially appointed Mr. Fong Kin-shun as Head of Business Processes. In this critical role, Mr. Fong is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the group’s business process management. His appointment brings significant momentum to Yu Fung International’s operational development, aimed at enhancing management quality, improving efficiency, and standardizing business workflows across the organization.

Mr. Fong brings over 20 years of expertise in business process and operations management within large-scale channel organizations. He possesses deep knowledge and hands-on experience in process standardization and automation, digital transformation, artificial intelligence applications, operational compliance, big data analytics, and cost control. His strong leadership and proven ability to support complex business operations position him as a senior industry expert capable of driving Yu Fung nternational’s operational excellence.

• Convoy Financial Services Group – Director of Operations

• Managed an operations team exceeding 100 personnel across Hong Kong and Shenzhen, PRC
• Provided comprehensive business process support to over 2,000 financial advisors in Hong Kong and 4,000 insurance professionals in mainland China
• Oversaw diverse business lines including life insurance, unit-linked products, funds, securities, general insurance, mortgages, and overseas real estate

• Midland Realty (Hong Kong) – Director of Group Operations and Transaction Services

• Supported daily operations for more than 6,000 employees across 400 branches
• Led system upgrades and digital process transformation initiatives to drive corporate digitalization
• Established big data analytics capabilities to analyze customer behavior and business metrics, enabling data-driven decision-making and enhanced operational efficiency
