● Ms. Yang Dike has over 15 years of domestic and international experience in the fields of insurance and finance, having worked for multiple internationally renowned insurance brokerage firms and financial institutions. Proficient in providing insurance services to high-net-worth clients, building insurance brokerage systems, expanding private banking channels, innovating insurance products, and managing performance.
● Over the past 10 years, she has served as an executive director at Marsh McLennan Asia Private Client Service Group (also known as Jardine Lloyd Thompson Limited (2016-2019)). During this time, she collaborated with top private banks such as UBS, Julius Baer, Citigroup, BNP Paribas, and Crédit Agricole to introduce billion dollar large value policies (onshore and offshore) and derivatives into the North Asia ultra-high-net-worth market, significantly increasing the annualized premium scale and promoting the addition of over $100 million in annualized premiums. she has also been awarded the title of “Honorary Advisor for High-Net-Worth Business” by multiple partner private banks.
● During her tenure at AIA China, she spent two years building the first high-net-worth business team within a domestic insurance company, introducing tax, legal, and medical experts, constructing a new large-scale insurance ecosystem, and achieving innovative growth in new business value.
● During her tenure at AXA China in 2009, Ms. Yang Dike pioneered the combination of “high-end medical group insurance+enterprise annuity” products, driving monthly premiums to exceed 100 million yuan.
● Ms. Yang began her career in the United Kingdom and won the Marcus Evans Group (UK) Chinese Marketing Rookie Award.
